What do you charge?
Our service fees are based on the outstanding amount which is collected by our efforts.
Please see our "Placement Fees" tab for more informaiton.

Are there any upfront fees or sign up charges?
No.  We only charge a fee if we can collect on your outstanding debt.

Do I have to sign a contract?
Yes.  To act as your representive we are required to sign a contract with our clients. This is a simple 3 page document which is easy to review and understand.

What area do you collect in?
We collect in the United States & Canada.

Do you require a certain number of accounts to be placed?
No.  We will accept any placement whether it's a bad check or large outstaning receivable.

How far back can you go on accounts?
We can pursue an outstanding receivable many years old.
However the longer a debt goes unpaid, the harder it is to recover.

Can I add finance charges or collection fees to my client's outstanding balance?
Based on FDCPA guidelines, addtional collections fees or finance charges can only be added to the outstanding debt if included in your operating contact.  Please include all additional fees or interest to the account information you provide to us.

Do you send accounts to attorneys?
Involving lawyers in the collections process is expensive and often does not offer any benefit.
We offer risk free services to our client prior to involving attorneys.
